rxnet extension to the Privacy Policy
The following extension applies to the general privacy policy at https://broadstack.com.au/l/privacy. It states the matters that are specific to rxnet, and you read it together with that policy.
This extension supplements the general privacy policy and does not replace it. If this extension and the general privacy policy are inconsistent, this extension governs for rxnet on the matters this extension covers.
6.1(b) Service providers
The subcontractors and third party services that handle Customer Data are listed in the register of subcontractors and third party services published in the Documentation at https://broadstack.com.au/p/rxnet/documentation.
9.1(b) Automated decisions
rxnet applies automated rules to the signals a Customer sends it, and it can act on those rules. The Customer configures those rules, and the rules act on events rather than on people. A decision about an individual is the Customer's decision, not ours.
Annexure B — Agreement Register
